It is one of 47 cabs in Slate Gray exported to the US from Germany from 1992-95 and an unknown fewer number with Cashmere Beige interior. I've owned the car for 4 1/2 years and I've restored it to its current condition.   $12k in documented parts and labor during my ownership in a binder with a clean PA/Antique title and 83.8K honest miles. 3.0-Liter Inline-Four/236 HP Six-Speed Manual Gearbox Slate Gray Metallic with a Black Soft Top Cashmere Beige Leather Interior Repainted in December 2019 (Q9/L23F) Original Paint Code Replacement Top in December 2017 with restored frame and new cables. Power Top functions properly Cold A/C with new interior temp sensor and climate unit Timing Belt Service in March of 2020 including timing belt, balance shaft belt, roller, and tensioner.
